About the Artist

Born in 1958, Thomas Michael Johnson began creating and studying art at a very young age. His father Jerome Johnson is a painter and sculptor. Thomas settled in Palm Springs, California in 1978 and has been designing and installing museum exhibits for the Palm Springs Art Museum for 40 years. During that time he has also created a large body of personal work. He is married, has two daughters and a pet Desert Tortoise named Quincy.
